Social media plays an important role in the running of Compassionate Inverclyde.

• From the outset, Facebook gave people an opportunity to say what they thought about the project.
• Whatsapp has been an essential administrative tool, for example in organising the No-one Dies Alone rotas.
• The community use social media to stay connected, and this can be particularly important for people who've previously felt isolated.
• Social media has been used to raise awareness of the project.
