Join Alberta to talk openly about death, dying and grief in a safe and confidential space at The Whiteinch Centre , G14 Glasgow.
A Death Cafe is a safe, confidential and friendly space for people to come together and talk openly and honestly about death, dying, and making the most of our finite lives. Small groups sit around a table and conversation flows without agenda or direction. The conversation is led by the people in the group, and therefore, each session is unique.
This event is part of Good Life, Good Death, Good Grief's Demystifying Death Week and refreshments will be provided FREE of charge. Information resources will also be provided.
It's important to note that Death Cafe is not a bereavement/grief support resource and we advise that you do not attend if you have been very recently bereaved and your grief feels very raw.
Everyone is welcome. Do come and join us! Book your place here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/880218536337?aff=oddtdtcreator
There will also be a Volunteer Information Session on Friday 3 May 2024 from 11am - 1pm for people interesting in being Table Hosts at this event. Register for the Volunteer Information Session here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/880258796757?aff=oddtdtcreator
