The leaders of the project have an important role to play in valuing and empowering all those who wish to be part of the project.

Within Inverclyde, the Programme Lead aimed to put into practice a blend of well evidenced leadership capacities and frameworks, including:

• Transformational Leadership
• Collective Leadership
• Theory U
