You can’t.

Lifestyle choices such as exercising and eating well can increase your chances of living a long, healthy life.

But it is 100% certain that one day you will die.

Throughout life we make plans for all kinds of things...we buy home insurance, plan holidays, imagine how we will spend our retirements... but how many of us have thought about our own death?

It doesn’t have to be sad or morbid, and making plans when you’re healthy means there is less to think about if you get sick.
