A Death Café is a warm, open space where people come together to talk about one of life’s most universal, yet often avoided, topics: death. But it’s not a morbid affair! Instead, it’s an opportunity for honest conversation in a relaxed setting, over tea/coffee and cake. The idea is to break down the taboos and fears around death, allowing people to share thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences about mortality. This is hosted by Humanist Society Scotland. All are welcome and free to participate.

Join us for a 2-hour interactive workshop for international women, where we’ll reflect on what we want to leave behind at the end of our lives. Through creative activities, we’ll explore what matters most to us, and how we want to be remembered. Imagine revisiting your life’s journey from the perspective of the end; what do you want to see when you look back at what you’ve left behind?
Using vision boards, symbols, and words, we’ll explore death, legacy, and life’s meaning in a supportive, healing environment.
