End of Life Aid Skills (EASE) Dundee

Helping Dundee communities to support family or friends who are caring, dying or grieving.

What is EASE?

The EASE course brings people together over four weekly 2-hour sessions, to learn about and share experiences of death, dying, loss and care.

Through peer learning and expert input, participants grow confidence and knowledge around these issues, learning how to look after themselves and others, and find out where to go for further information and support.

It is free to take part in EASE.

What is EASE Dundee?

We have received Big Lottery funding to explore how EASE can be used and adapted to meet the needs of people living in Dundee.

We’re particularly keen to understand if EASE can be of use to people living in Maryfield, Coldside, Lochee, Strathmartine, and the East and North East areas of Dundee.

As well as running some EASE sessions in Dundee in early 2026, we hope people living in these areas will share their thoughts and experiences with us.  We’re keen to learn more about what matters in these communities and how EASE can help.
