EASE Online

We are running EASE Online courses regularly depending on the availability of our volunteer facilitators.

EASE Face-to-Face

After a break caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns, we resumed offering face-to-face EASE courses in summer 2023.

Upcoming face-to-face EASE courses for Spring/Summer 2024:

  • Grampian (May 2024 - course full)
  • North Berwick (May/June 2024)
  • Edinburgh (June 2024)
  • Mull (TBC)

EASE Facilitator Preparation

EASE courses are delivered by pairs of volunteer facilitators. Anyone who has completed an EASE course as a participant is eligible to become an EASE volunteer facilitator by joining our roster and completing the short EASE Facilitator Preparation course, which is run at least twice a year.
