good life, good death, good grief

Ideas for …

Research

In academic and sociological terminology, the work of Good Life, Good Death, Good Grief can be described as ‘Health Promoting Palliative Care’.

There is not a high volume of evidence relating to the impact of health promoting palliative care, partly because the impact is difficult to evaluate.

Is there anything you or your organisation can do to support research in this area?

For example, by:

  • Supporting research funding applications
  • Making research funding available
  • Ensuring any projects or initiatives you undertake are appropriately evaluated and written up
  • Incorporating a health promoting palliative care element within research you already have planned
